A-Zoom snap caps for .500 S&W Magnum serve as inert, dimensionally accurate stand-ins for live cartridges used in dry-fire practice, function testing, and safe decocking. CNC-machined from solid aluminum and hard-anodized, they are made to cycle reliably in compatible revolvers while protecting firing pins. Each unit incorporates A-Zoom’s “Dead Cap” insert, which the manufacturer states withstands extensive dry-fire cycles.
