Bergara’s Premier Actions are precision-crafted in the USA from 416 Stainless Steel, designed to fit most Remington 700 style stocks and chassis. These actions feature an enlarged bolt handle, spiral-fluted body, dual ejector, sliding plate extractor, and compatibility with Rem 700 style scope bases with an 8-40 screw pattern, and they accept Rem 700 triggers for enhanced versatility.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
