This lead-free .357 Magnum load uses a 125 gr Barnes VOR-TX XPB projectile intended for target shooting and heavy-recoil platforms. The cartridge delivers high muzzle energy and is supplied in boxed and case quantities for range or sustained use. The load can produce noticeable muzzle flash in handguns; testing from a rifle showed little to no flash. It should not be fired in lightweight alloy-frame revolvers and is intended for steel-frame revolvers or rifles.
