- We ship to that dealer once we have their current license on file.
- You complete ATF Form 4473 and the background check in person at pickup.

Features – Barrel: The 18 Nitrided barrel in .308 WIN 1/10 twist mid-length gas system upper is paired with a DPMS Panther Arms 15 M-Lok free-float rail low profile adjustable click detent 5 position gas block and an A2-style muzzle device. The gas system is enhanced with a nitrided gas tube in order to better resist high heat and corrosion. – Upper: Precision machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum then Black anodize hard coated to MIL-8625 Type 3 class 2. With enhanced dual retention anti-slip and anti-rotating handguards. – Bolt Carrier Group: Tool craft 9310 steel bolt assembly with extra strength extractor springs that is nitride for increased durability. 8620 carrier nitride treated with a nitride treated gas key properly staked with grade 8 fasteners. A 7075 T6 aluminum charging handle is also included. – Lower: Precision machined from forged 7075-T6 aluminum these lowers are then Black anodize hardcoated to MIL-8625 Type 3 class 2. With an Panther Polished Trigger (PPT) a Classic M4 Carbine Stock and a DPMS Custom Overmolded A2 Grip. Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
