Hi-Point’s 995TS 9mm carbine has an all-weather, polymer skeletonized stock with an internal recoil buffer, multiple Weaver-style rails, a sling, swivels and scope base. It has a quick on/off thumb safety, grip-mounted clip release, last round lock open feature and fully adjustable sights (post front, peep rear). The 995TS carbine has a 16.5″ barrel for an OAL of 31″. Hi-Point carbines are +P rated and accept all factory ammunition.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
