Shipping Policy
Legal Compliance
• All shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Products will only be shipped to locations where they are legal to possess.
• Members are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to receive ordered items in their jurisdiction.
• FDC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate applicable laws.
Standard Shipping Process
• Non-Firearm Products: fulfillment vendors will typically ship orders directly to the member’s residence (known as drop shipping), except where prohibited by law. We do not allow our service to be used for shipment of non-serialized items to other people. Breach of this may be grounds for account termination as users are not permitted to share their account access with others.
• Firearms: All firearm shipments must be sent to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of the member’s choice, in the name of the member. We will not faciliate dropshipping firearms on behalf of others for any reason.
• Ammunition: Some states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL dealer rather than directly to the customer. Members must comply with their state’s regulations.
• Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically processed from vendors within 2-4 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days during peak periods.
• Tracking: Members will receive notification and tracking information once their order has been shipped.
FFL Dealers
• We provide a generalized list of recommended FFL dealers for firearm transfers, this is a list curated from an ATF registry and DOES NOT MEAN that we have a relationship with these dealers. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm PRIOR TO SELECTING A DEALER that the dealer is willing to accept a transfer from FDC or one of its fulfillment vendors.
• Members may choose any FFL dealer with a valid license who is willing to accept the transfer and provide a copy of their license via email to [email protected].
Non-Drop-Shipping Manufacturers
• Some manufacturers do not allow direct drop-shipping to end users. These include brands like Glock, Ruger, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, HK, FN, and Beretta.
• In these cases, products will be shipped to FDC’s facility first, then forwarded to the member or their chosen FFL dealer (for firearms). A secondary UPS tracking number will be provided once the shipment is processed at our NW Florida facility.
• Orders from non-drop-shipping manufacturers may incur higher shipping fees and longer transit times, as they are being shipped twice to reach their destination.
Commitment to Timely Delivery
FDC is committed to ensuring all products are shipped as quickly as possible, regardless of the shipping method required.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees may vary based on the product, manufacturer, shipping origin, and destination. We strive to keep our shipping fees at dealer cost if at all possible. Items not marked “dropship available” tend to have higher shipping rates as they incur additional handling to be received and then re-packed for shipment to the end user.
International Shipping
At this time, FDC only facilitates shipments within the lower-48 United States, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, members should contact FDC customer service immediately for assistance in resolving the issue with the relevant fulfillment vendor or carrier. Please direct any issues with shipping to [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
This shipping policy is subject to change. Members will be notified of any significant updates to this policy.
