FDC is a membership-based service providing access to wholesale distributors. We do not sell products directly; instead, we facilitate access to our network of distributors for our members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Legal Compliance<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a. All shipments are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Products will only be shipped to locations where they are legal to possess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b. Members are responsible for ensuring they are legally eligible to receive ordered items in their jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c. FDC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may violate applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3. Standard Shipping Process<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a. Non-Firearm Products: Distributors will typically ship orders directly to the member’s residence (known as drop shipping), except where prohibited by law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b. Firearms: All firearm shipments must be sent to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer of the member’s choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c. Ammunition: Some states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL dealer rather than directly to the customer. Members must comply with their state’s regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
d. Shipping Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, with a maximum of 5 business days during peak periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
e. Tracking: Members will receive notification and tracking information once their order has been shipped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
4. FFL Dealers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a. We provide a list of recommended FFL dealers for firearm transfers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b. Members may choose any FFL dealer with a valid license who is willing to accept the transfer and provide a copy of their license.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
5. Non-Drop-Shipping Manufacturers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a. Some manufacturers do not allow direct drop-shipping to end users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b. In these cases, products will be shipped to FDC’s facility first, then forwarded to the member or their chosen FFL dealer (for firearms).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c. Orders from non-drop-shipping manufacturers may incur higher shipping fees and longer transit times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
d. A list of manufacturers that do not allow drop-shipping is available for member reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
6. Commitment to Timely Delivery<\/p>\n\n\n\n
FDC is committed to ensuring all products are shipped as quickly as possible, regardless of the shipping method required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
7. Shipping Fees<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shipping fees may vary based on the product, manufacturer, shipping method, and destination. Any additional fees will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
8. International Shipping<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At this time, FDC only facilitates shipments within the United States, in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
9. Lost or Damaged Shipments<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, members should contact FDC customer service immediately for assistance in resolving the issue with the relevant distributor or carrier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
