Firearms Direct Club (FDC) Subscription Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Subscription Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   1.1 FDC offers a single subscription tier at a rate of $11.99 per month.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   1.2 Billing occurs every 30 days from the date of subscription initiation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   1.3 Subscriptions are month-to-month with no minimum commitment period.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Free Trial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   2.1 48-hour free trials are available through affiliate links.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   2.2 A valid credit card is required for the free trial and will be pre-authorized.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   2.3 If the subscription is not canceled within 48 hours, the card will be charged the full monthly rate.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Auto-Renewal<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   3.1 Auto-renewal is enabled by default for all subscriptions.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   3.2 Renewal occurs at the end of each 30-day period unless canceled.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Cancellation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   4.1 Members can cancel their subscription at any time through the Account Management tab in the user portal on Join-FDC.com or firearmsdirectclub.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   4.2 Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing period.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   4.3 No refunds are provided for partial months of service.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Account Sharing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   5.1 Subscriptions are limited to one household only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   5.2 Family members residing at the same address may share an account.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   5.3 Sharing accounts outside the household is strictly forbidden.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   5.4 Two-factor authentication (2FA) is required on all accounts to enforce this policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Data Retention and Privacy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   6.1 Member data is retained upon cancellation unless explicit removal is requested.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   6.2 FDC does not sell member data to any outside parties for marketing or other purposes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Access and Usage<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   7.1 All members have equal access to distributor pricing and services.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   7.2 There are no limitations on the number or value of orders a member can place.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Age Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   8.1 There is no age restriction for FDC membership.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   8.2 All state and federal laws apply regarding age-restricted item purchases.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Payment Security<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

   9.1 Payments are processed via Authorize.Net in compliance with PCI standards.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Geographic Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    10.1 FDC memberships are available to residents of the United States only.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


11. Changes to Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11.1 Any changes to pricing or subscription terms will be communicated via email.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    11.2 A minimum 30-day grace period will be provided for members to make account changes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Termination of Service<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    FDC reserves the right to terminate subscriptions without refund for the following reasons:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12.1 Sharing of accounts outside the household.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12.2 Selling access to FDC accounts.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    12.3 Sharing protected pricing information through any physical or digital means.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13.1 All disputes should be communicated via email to support@firearmsdirectclub.com.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    13.2 FDC commits to addressing disputes in a timely manner.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Modifications to This Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    FDC reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By subscribing to Firearms Direct Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Subscription Policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
