Late-80s 723-style carbine. Lightweight, K.I.S.S., and old-school cool. Use it as a base for your clone builds, or run it as is. H&R-marked M16A2 lower with an H&R M16A1 upper matches the transitional period between the M16A1-based carbines and the adoption of the M4.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
