The H&R Retro DOE 9mm Pistol is bringing the ’80s back! Styled after the original Dept. of Energy SMG, it’s compatible with all Colt-style magazines, though ASC and Metalform are recommended. This pistol features the H&R ,HAR-15″ Pistol brace, which keeps your retro build compliant while maintaining the classic aesthetic.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
