- We ship to that dealer once we have their current license on file.
- You complete ATF Form 4473 and the background check in person at pickup.

Details
The SU-16 has a conventional long-stroke gas-piston operation and utilizes the proven Johnson/Stoner breech locking system. It is compatible with standard AR-15/M-16 magazines. The reciprocating bolt handle and magazine catch are on the right side while the push bolt safety can be changed to work from either side. Except for barrel and operating components the SU-16 is made entirely of high impact reinforced polymer.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
