The PLR16 Defender is engineered to deliver compact power with exceptional control and reliability. Built with a polymer frame and finished in durable nitride, it balances reduced weight with excellent heat resistance and long-term durability. Its 9.2-inch barrel features a 1/2×28 threaded muzzle, allowing compatibility with suppressors or muzzle devices, while the 1:9 twist rate effectively stabilizes a wide range of 5.56/.223 projectiles.
Designed for enhanced handling, the compact forend paired with a Magpul angled grip improves control during rapid fire and close-quarters engagement. The platform is further enhanced with a Viridian RFX11 optic for fast, confident target acquisition and a Strike Industries pistol brace to improve shooter comfort and stability.
For reliable operation, the PLR-16 includes adjustable rear and fixed front sights as backup aiming options, along with a two-position crossbolt safety for intuitive manual control. Measuring just 18.5 inches in overall length and weighing only 3.4 pounds, this compact platform delivers impressive maneuverability without sacrificing performance or firepower.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
