Paired with the Hydra lower, it is ready for any mil-spec M249 linked ammo bag (nut-sack), this firearm comes equipped with an Arc-Fire V2 FRT for more fun in less time!
Included: VSEVEN Inconel Straight Gas Tube
This upper ships with the upgraded VSEVEN Inconel Straight Gas Tube — a $75 upgrade over the standard stainless steel gas tube. Inconel offers superior heat and corrosion resistance for demanding belt fed use.
Patent-Pending Stretched Upper Receiver
The LIMA SIX features a patent-pending stretched upper receiver, which provides an additional ~3/4″ of bolt carrier group travel compared to a standard AR15. This is a critical improvement for a belt fed firearm — the additional travel assists in delinking rounds from the belt, resulting in more reliable feeding. It also lowers perceived recoil and delivers a more controllable rate of fire. No other belt fed AR15 on the market has this upgrade.
Precision Top Cover
The LIMA SIX features a top cover unlike any other belt fed available. With user-adjustable tension on the hinge, two-point latch engagement, and an adjustable set-screw to take up any slack that may develop over time, the LIMA SIX has an extremely reliable ability to hold zero even after repeated opening and closing. Initial testing shows that sub 2-MOA accuracy is achievable — unheard of for a belt fed firearm.
Barrel Compatibility
The LIMA SIX is compatible with standard AR15 barrels (with simple modification), although factors like barrel length, profile, and gas system length must be considered before swapping barrels. Please refer to the Tech Info section for complete information regarding acceptable barrels.
