Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.

NFA Suppressor Transfers — How This Works
- In light of the recent ATF ruling, we are receiving a lot of questions about suppressor transfers. We want to be upfront about how this process works before you purchase.
- We do not ship suppressors directly to you. Your suppressor will be transferred to a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) that also holds a Special Occupational Tax (SOT) status and is able to receive it.
- The final transfer to you is at your dealer's discretion. Based on their interpretation of the new ruling and the related court proceedings, your dealer will decide whether to transfer the suppressor to you on an ATF Form 4 or directly as a firearm on a Form 4473.
- Lead times may be longer than usual due to ATF E-File Form 3 processing between us and your dealer.
- Contact your receiving dealer BEFORE purchasing to confirm they hold an SOT, can accept the transfer, and to understand which transfer method they use.
