The SMC for 10/22 is made of 6061 aluminum and has one main body piece with a second piece which extends the handguard giving users more ARCA rail length and M-LOK slots for additional accessories. However, users can also opt to run this chassis without the handguard extension for maximum weight savings and simplicity.
