The Surgeon Magpul Pro comes on a 591 Short Action that is known for strength and accuracy. This action features a built-in 20 MOA MIL-STD 1913 rail and recoil lug. By integrating the recoil lug into the action Surgeon Rifles creates a longer tenon length and strengthens the entire free-floated system. Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
