Taylor’s long gun product line has a rifle for every kind of shooting you want to do. The 1873 Model became an immediate favorite among civilians and international military. It was the first lever-action to help meet all types of shooters’ needs. This Sporting model features a 20″ octagonal barrel, “white heat treated” steel barrel and frame, walnut checkered pistol grip, and blade front with Buckhorn rear sights.

Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
