How the transfer works
- Complete your order here as normal.
- Choose your local FFL dealer at checkout.
- We ship to that dealer once we have their current license on file.
- You complete ATF Form 4473 and the background check in person at pickup.
Dealer transfer fees are set by the dealer and paid directly to them.

Starting at just 5.7 lbs the Mark V® High Country was purpose-built to be a lightweight versatile mountain rifle. It features Peak 44’s Bastion carbon fiber stock which weighs only 24oz. The Bastion has a shooter-friendly vertical grip and features dual front swivel studs for multiple attachments. Equipped with an Accubrake and 3DHEX® Recoil pad the High Country manages recoil extremely well even with Weatherby’s historic magnum cartridges. Shipping & FFL
Firearms are shipped only to a Federal Firearms Licensee. We must have a signed copy of the receiving dealer's license on file before shipment. Once the firearm arrives, you complete ATF Form 4473 and a NICS background check with that dealer. Transfer fees are set by, and paid to, the receiving dealer.
All firearm sales are final. Inspect the firearm at your dealer before completing the transfer — once it has transferred to you on a Form 4473 it cannot be returned to us. Defects are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
